do any of you buy designer brands for your children
I know, I know it's a waste of money but wanted to buy a coat or outfit for my neice for Christmas
what brand do you recommend
do they make burberry for infants?

ETAAgain: Also if you want to it never hurts to check out Century 21 in Westbury or Manhattan. I have found some great buys for DS there. Lots of Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Kenneth Cole.....

she will be 4.5 months by then. so i guess 6-9 months
i want to start a tradition with her. buying her toys and 1 desinger outfit every christmas.....

Oftentimes you can find cute designer things for baby in TJMaxx and Marshalls and they are discounted.
One thing to think about, though, is that the designer stuff tends to run small. DH had some Ralph Lauren stuff and it was a size smaller than her other stuff. If the kid is 6-9 months, probably best to get 12 months.

Century 21 has gorgeous designer kids clothes! With a huge selection, also my sister does great for me at Saks.

If you are looking for a coat, look at Kate Mack's stuff, her coats are beautiful.

Bloomingdales sells lot of burberry- they have the infant dresses, coats etc. They also sell a lot of Juicy and those other brands. You can also find that stuff at Saks and Nordstroms. I would be depending on where you live that Neiman Marcus has those brands as well. Those stores also carry brands like Lilly Pulizer, true religion, ugg, etc, and all those other higher end brands,
