Cute App Idea
caprese pop's
Saw this on Ruelala's FB Status...no recipe but pretty self explanatory. Cherry Tomatoes, Bocconcini (Mini Mozzarella cheese balls) and finely chopped bail.

Haha I saw this, too! I loved it! I had planned on making caprese bites for the baby shower I'm planning but now I'm totally putting them on sticks.

you can make a styrofoam stand, usually that is how it is done. stick the stick in the styrofoam and it stands up!

it looks like there is lemon zest on there, maybe the cheese is marinated?
also it looks like the cherry tomatoes were scooped out before putting the cheese, since the cheese is sitting *inside* the tomato half

I've also done a 'greek salad' one where i do a small cube of feta, half an olive, half a cherry tomato and cucumber slice. Drizzle with homemade or store bought greek dressing or even do a dip of yogurt sauce.
