Crying in the middle of sleep/naps
My DD has been sleeping and twice today she wakes up crying/screaming. I pick her up and then she goes back to sleep. She has never done this before. Do you have any idea what this could be???

I just posted about the same thing a week or 2 ago.
I asked my ped about it too. He said its totally normal and part of their dream cycle. I guess she's having a bad dream...

My DD does this- I think its due to gas though. She has it pretty bad.

Couldn't it be teething also? Somehow pain of teething may seem worse when they're by themselves

I cant be that for my baby. she is only 5 weeks old

it happens during their REM sleep. I was reading about that today in the book. Healthy sleep habits.
