Crib Sheets
How many crib sheets do you need/have?
I'm pretty sure I received an overload at my shower (7 sets)
Which should I keep vs. return (which are better quality after washings, etc.): Buybuybaby Brand 400 count thread Carter's Sateen Sheet Gerber Knit Crib Sheet Circo Sheet
I received 2 of the carters, 2 of the gerber, 1 BBB, 1 Circo, plus one that matches my actual bedding set (so keeping that one). They all match the nursery pretty good, so that is not an issue.
I also have an ultimate crib sheet.

Crib Sheets
I have never used anything but the Carters brand so I cant speak for the other brands, but I love the sateen sheets
ETA: I have 4 sets of sheets, but really I only use 2 sets (bc I like the color best) and I think its honestly enough bc I do her laundry so frequently anyway

Re: Crib Sheets
we have two... I think two or three is good max... one for the bed while the other is in the wash... I personally was not a fan of the ultimate crib sheet... i found it wasn't that soft... kinda scratchy and a pain in the butt to put on and off... would have rather had an extra mattress pad sheet instead...
I have no clue which brands we have, but they are the tshirt sheet ones... so soft!

Re: Crib Sheets
We had about 8-10. All different brands.. Some held up better then others...Better to have too many then not enough... DS wet through his diapers for a while there and I was going through 3 a day!!

I have 2 carters sateen sheets, the sheet that came with the bedding and 2 flannel sheets. I just rotate all of them but right now we use the flannel since its cold out.

Re: Crib Sheets
I had probably at least 4 for each kid (twins) probably close to 10. I had pukers so I was changing their sheets 3-4 times a day sometimes!
I agree on the returning anything gerber...they shrunk and were really had to get on

Crib Sheets
We have the clouds and stars system (best thing ever!) so we have the top piece that came with it and 2 additional tops. Haven't needed any more than that.

Crib Sheets
I have too many! I've never had any issues with having to change them in the middle of the night or anything. I would say 2 is probably sufficient but I would probably keep 3 just to be safe.
With returns, I always kept anything that was gender neutral since I figured it would hopefully come in handy some day. I would go with that over which brand I wanted to keep.

Re: Crib Sheets
Ours are from Pottery Barn Kids, so can't speak to any of the brands, but we bought 3 in total which is what everyone around me suggested.

Re: Crib Sheets
I think I have 6. 2 BBB which i love, 1 winnie the pooh, 2 floral patterns and then 1 warm fuzzy one from PBK. I didn't really need that many but its been handy to have that many especially because i give a sheet to the babysitter each week for her to use there

Re: Crib Sheets
I only get jersey knit sheets BRU sells them and BBB. The cotton ones that are not cotton jersey knit shrink and you have to struggle to get them on. The jersey knit ones stretch and stand up better. I have a 3 year old and 4 month old so I talk from experience
