crib sheet savers?

are they supposed to go lengthwise in the crib? I have 2 of the Koala ones from BRU which my mom washed/dried for me - is it possible they shrunk that much? there is no way they fit under the length of the baby - maybe they are supposed to just save the sheet from spit ups??? I know, I was totally confused too at first. They go horizontally across the crib and you lay your babies head in the middle of it (this is what I do at least) to save from spitting up.

thank you!! i thought i was going crazy. seems like a waste to me - would make more sense if they were slightly bigger and prevented bedwetting changes etc... Chat Icon

I found them to be a complete hazard in the crib(a potential head trap). So I used them over the changing pad instead. But yes they do go horizontal and can go either under the diaper area for leaks or under the head area for spit up/drooling.

horizontally and they are great--if your baby spits up you dont have to change the entire sheet

I thought these were great, but once she started rolling and moving I took it out. They don't tie down flat enough and a babies head could get stuck under there. Dumb product for mobile babies IMO!

I agree. First they made Noah sweat and second he always got underneath them. I took them out.
