Creepy or not creepy?
I was at the supermarket checking out. Dd was sitting in the basket. She was trying to grab the electronic pen as I was bagging. A man was in front of her facing her (I was in back of cart). He was about 50 balding w glasses and reminded me of that nerdy guy from the sonic commercials. Loudly he says to me "excuse me?" And I'm thinking he's going to say dd is so cute or something like that but instead he's like "are you still breast feeding her?" And I'm like "yes I am" and smilied politely. And he says "you can tell from her big cheeks".
I was kind of taken aback especially since I was trying to bag groceries and prevent dd from grabbing the pen and whatever else she could reach. He said this pretty loud and in front of my teenage male cashier who looked pretty embarrassed.
Is this guy a creeper?

I breastfed and am a huge bf supporter in general. With that said, the guy sounds pretty creepy to me.

Creeper! If a woman said it, not as creepy, but still creepy. Fat cheeks don't mean BF lol. It's kinda personal and none of his business.
I was FF and had fat cheeks. My girls are FF and are skinny

Exactly! My mom said the same thing. Chubby cheeks doesn't mean a breast fed baby.
And I thought about it, if it was a woman it would still be odd to me. It's not like the topic organically came up btw two moms. It was a man and it was obvious I was stressed and multi tasking.
When he first said it I instantly thought of my boobs! I was like omg are they leaking? Do they look full and supple lol, why is he looking at my boobs. Then he made the cheek comment.

Oh my god! Same thing happened to me at target! Maybe it's the same guy! Except he said you can tell by the rolls on her legs! This was 4 years ago....

So creepy! Everyone always asked me about nursing.. Men, women, strangers it was so awkward. I did bf and I'm all for it but I don't like talking about it to strangers and whatnot. Weird.
