Does anyone use Wantagh Pediatrics and/or Seaford Pediatrics?
I know lots of people use Seaford, but looking for you feelings on both. We are leaning towards Wantagh.. would love to hear anything!

Re: crashing... wantagh ped & seaford ped
I used seaford pediatrics and switched. They kept telling me to just keep an eye on my daughter's torticollis for 9 MONTHS even after she developed facial assemetry. If i did not bring it up at her 9 month appt they would of never mentioned it. I am going through HELL now because of them not being thorough. I switched to dr. Jassey. When I callled Seaford Pediatrics crying that my daughter needed to be sedated and have an MRI because of her torticollis not being resolved after a year Dr. Wren never even called me back after she spoke to my neurologist. There approach is very laid back with everything.

we haven't had any major problems with seaford pediatrics. so far we like them and I know so many people that go there. i have a few things about them that annoy me, but not enough for us to change at the moment. I know there will always be something little where ever we go.
i don't know anyone at Wantagh Peds.

I use Wantagh Pediatrics and love them! They have 2 hours a day when you can call and the Dr answers the phone (8-9am and 5-6pm). I have called the in the morning with questions and gotten an appointment right away. They came highly recommended from my neighbors and their family who have used them for years.
They are very thorough and will send you for tests, etc. if something appears to be a problem. DS has a dimple at the base of his spine and they sent us for a sonogram right away to be sure it wasn't more than it appeared. All turned out ok and it was stressful but I was glad they erred on the side of caution rather than wait and see.
Good luck with the decision.

Re: crashing... wantagh ped & seaford ped
We've used Seaford Pediatrics for the past 3 hrss & could not be happier. My.first DS had a diagnosis prior to birth with missing something in his brain & they were extremely thorough from Tue moment we told them. Fortunately nothing came of it.
DS #2 was a preemie & they were extremely accommodating when he was diagnosed with RSV 3 times his first winter. I was even in the office Christmas eve receiving treatments rather thrn the ER. They even fought my insurance to get him 2 years worth.of synagis vaccine.
I love that they are there 7 days a week including holidays & I never have issues with getting well or sick appts.

We go to Seaford Pediatrics and everything is so far so good. We were referred to them by several friends.

I also go to Seaford Pediatrics. There are about 5 dr's there so you can see a different one each time but overall have not had any real problems with them.
