Cranky is getting angry
Cranky's getting angry.
1-Mother F@#$ers, can you RSVP already???? I gave you my phone number AND my email address. I put a sign on the classroom door AND I PUT A $#@^& note in your kid's cubby.
It wouldn't be such a big deal but only 1 out of all the kids in her class RSVPed and with each day that goes by my rage becomes more obsessive and more irrational. You know these #&^%^%# are going to show up on my doorstep!
Yeah, I know, it's only a kids party and I'll just make extra of everything. But I invited whole families. Brothers and sisters. I need to know how many bendable monkies and monkey tattoos to order! It's the principle of the thing. This is the south. You are supposed to be POLITE 
2-The pink sparkly shoes I bought Claire to go with her pink birthday dress are more purple than pink and don't go. Pictures are tomorrow
3-Can the radio please play the new Eminem song? I'm not normally a fan but like this song for some reason and I spend my whole commute pressing the seek button (scan takes too long to jump between stations).
I know these are stupid things but come on man

they do NOT RSVP in the south, they just don't....and sometimes they RSVP yes and then don't show

I hate to tell you, as someone who has lived in the South, the Northwest, and California, people do NOT RSVP outside of New York. Seattle was and still is the worst. Just this year I threw my BFF a baby shower in Seattle and out of 50 invites I got 5 RSVP, and I actually wrote PLEASE RSVP!!!! With my home number, cell number, and e-mail.
They also don't send thank you cards. Not even for their weddings

Yup. I have thrown parties for 50 people and had 10 show up, and then thrown them for 50 and had 49 show up. It drives me insane.

I thought that the girl looked like a mix of Megan Fox with a little Lindsay Lohan thrown in (could be the crazy mess part that made me think of LL though).

I would be flipping. I'm worried about my RSVP's and my invites havent even been mailed yet
Like you I invited whole families, a LOT of whole families , so uf a bunch of DH's dont come and some kids, it could mean a big 20+ person difference and thats a lot of favors etc..
I would do something in the way off" If I dont hear back by such and such a date( make it like TOIMMOROW) ...I will assumeyou are not coming. I need to order food and favors and have to have a final headcount. Thank you!
eta- buy the song on itunes, burn to disc, listen lots ( thats what I did )
