Crampy at 25 weeks
Feeling off today a little crampy and my low back is achy. Nothing crazy but I had some major issue with the twins I am a little more nervous this time.
Is this normal? Up until now I have been feeling great most times I even forget I'm pregnant.

I would say normal. You're getting closer to your third trimester and the baby is going to start growing more, so your body is preparing for that. Are you drinking enough?? Could you be picking up/carrying the twins too much and you pulled something? Are you feeling the baby move?? When is your next appointment?? If it keeps up, maybe put a call into your Dr seeing that you have had previous issues.
Hope you feel better soon!!

Drink some Gatorade and try to rest for a bit. If the cramping doesn't subside after that, call your Dr to be on the safe side

Re: Crampy at 25 weeks
I am 25 weeks as well and get very low abdominal cramps and a very achy back. I think it's from taking care of the older kids. I was very crampy after walking a lot this morning.

Thanks...feeling better. I don't think I've been drinking enough. Need to try and remember more.
