cramps after ovulating

Does anyone else get them? This is the first time I'm noticing that they are really bad. Since last night I've had AF like cramps on my left side, along with back pains. I've never noticed this after ovulating before. Is this common?

I get them sometimes. Not too bad, but they are there. It's pretty common to get mild cramps during ovulation. You said it was bad though? Do you still have them? When I have gotten it, it was mild and did not last too long.

for me - EVERY month - i had cramps from O to AF....sometimes to the point of taking Tylenol...

I had them all last month. I never really noticed them before but I could have always had them and didn't realize it

I had them last week also...not normal for me, but since the m/c nothing is "normal"

i noticed the last few days i've been getting what feels like O pains in both sides..alternating left and right. weird..i dont normally get that before AF.

every month its something different. i have no idea what is normal anymore.

It's not during ovulation that I have the cramps, I'm 3 DPO. It's only on my left side and I have back pains. I've never noticed it before, but could be that I just never paid attention to it. It's actualy annoying and I wish it would go away
