cramps
so last month i was eating like a pig and drinkin like a fish because of this i went up a size
so monday i decided to go back to my regular diet which is to have 16oz of water before and after every meal and snack.
towards the end of the day yesterday i started getting cramps. they have not stopped.
i did google "drinking to much water" and it did say you could get cramps but it didnt say how much water is to much
i never had this problem in the past and i never ever get cramps a week before af is due. i only get them the day it comes.
anyone drink to much water and get cramps?

Interesting- I never heard that before. I always drink alot of water and I have never gotten cramps from it.

Nope..I always drink a lot of water and never had cramps from it.
I was cramping in the beginning of my pregnancy!! :)
I hope AF doesn't show and it's your month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How many DPO are you??

I try to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day and I never get cramps. Are your boobs still sore?? I think this might be your month!

I drink more than 2 liters of water a day and have never gotten any cramps. I think you'd have to drink a ridiculous amount of water to get cramps from that.
Cramping and sore boobs are the only symptoms I've been getting as of right now and I am pg.
Are you going to test, or wait for AF?

i dont have sore boobs but this is the 4th day that my nipples have been sensitive and now the friggin cramps.
i have it set in my head that my body is messing with me and i will wait for af to test.
i was two days late last month and it came. maybe i will wait 3 before i test

I've gotten cramps from drinking too much water so it is possible....
But I hope for you thats not the case!
