Cramping after FET transfer?
Yesterday was my transfer, and I've had some mild cramping on and off. I remember from the last time (when I got PG with DS) I had some mild implantation cramping but it was very brief, not lasting both days. Did anyone else have this with an FET?

I had cramping starting around 3 days after the transfer. I wasn't pregnant though  However...... with my fresh transfer with the triplets I had some cramping and I was VERY pregnant.. so I don't really think it's a sign one way or another yet!
