Craigslist
How many of you search for homes to buy on Craigslist? I was wondering if I should start putting my listings on there.
Any input about it would be great - I'm really not a Craigslist girl.

I searched on Craigslist for awhile and then stopped.
I wish I never had though because our house was listed on Craigslist and got no response (ofcourse this was after I stopped searching there) and the day the realtor put it on MLS it was flooded with buyers and we had to overbid by alot to get the house, just my luck! 
ETA: Definitely add pics though! I hated seeing ads on there w/o any pics.

I DO look at craigslist for homes. But doesn't it change daily, just seems like a lot of houses on there in random order. Would you have to list your house frequently to keep it on the front few pages?

I have no clue how Craigslist works really. I think you put a listing up for 7 days or so. I think I'll give a try because ultimately it really is just more exposure for the seller so it can't hurt.

I put my co-op on Craigslist. It stays for 45 days. You might want to repost it to bump it back to the top after a while. I got a lot of responses from Craigslist...it's worth a try!

I check out craigslights & mlsli. I agree with the post about pictures. It costs nothing to post pictures on craigslist so I wonder why a lot don't
