could this be bad?
Let me preface my question with a little bit of history. I have played ice hockey since I was 3 and currently coach a 10u girls team.
I am nearing the end of my 2ww and have not been super active. Well last night my girls were not getting a drill so I demonstrated! I skated full speed and could see just how out of shape I am. I continued to skate for most of the practice demonstrating for the team and pushing them to skate faster. When I left the practice I had cramping in my lower abdomen, localized on the left side. It went away last nigth but it is back today! Do you think this could be bad? Or just normal aches and pains! Anything i should do?

I would not worry too much from a pregnancy aspect,ur in 2ww right?
If it keeps hurting I would go get it checked by a reg doc in case u pulled a muscle or something...I am sure it is just from skating. Feel better

Thanks! I think so too! I feel puling sensations across my abdominal muscles

I wouldn't worry, it's probably from the skating, espec if you went hard and aren't used to it.

Whatever it was is gone now so I'm guessing it was muscular.
