Could I in early stage of labor?????
I'm a few days past 39 weeks with my first. The past 3 days I've been getting lower back pains and cramping in the front. Kind of like a period. Also when I walk my stomach will stay hard not like before when I'd walk my stomach got soft again.My friend told me today that I was having contraction. I'm not in any pain,just uncomfortable. Could I be in my early stage of labor and having mild contraction and not realzing it?????
UPDATE: I had a doctor appointment yesterday. He checked me and told me that I was 3cm and 80% effaced. My due date is on monday so I'm hoping she"ll this weekend. Since the appointment,because of the exam I've been stopping blood and more lower back cramping.So hopefully anyday now.
Thanks for all the comments. They all comfort me by letting me know what I was feeling is normal.
