I find it interesting that a minor kitchen remodel is higher value then a major kitchen remodel
when I was buying a house I would always agree to pay more for a home with a full kitchen overhaul before one that was just fixed a little  most times if its half done, you have to rip out the whole thing to do it "right" so in the end its sort of a waste
I don't think that list is accurate

You can do a full remodel for 20k. You can also do a full remodel and go bling bling for 100k.
I think you will recoup more on the 20k remodel and I believe that is what they are talking about.
