copy of birth certificate

Anyone know where I can get a copy of my son's birth certificate besides town hall (they are closed today ) I have to register him for kindergarten, and my black box is MIA. To say I ripped my house apart would be an understatement...I have NOOOOO idea where it is EVERYTHING is in there

I already asked him pre-k and they don't have a copy. I am going to try to call insurance, to see if they can send me a copy (though I don't know if they can do it immediately). Any other suggestions?
