Convertible car seat...
I switched DD when she was a little over a year so she was a little over 20lbs but was approaching 30 inches which I think is the height limit.

Convertible car seat...
I have no clue but he was 4 months or so. My DS is 2 and not even 25lbs so maybe he was 15.

We switched early around 4m because she was crying a lot in the car and when we used the seat with the snap & go.

We just switched at 10 months, 19 pounds and 30 inches. She seems to be much happier.

Convertible car seat...
I read the manufacturer's instructions and when they were 20+ lbs, 1 year old and when their heads were within 2 inches of the top of the infant car seat, I switched them.
Rear-facing as long as possible for us! :D

16 mo. About 20/21 lbs. They were at the height limit for the infant seat.

Around 6 months. He was about 18 pounds and just sooo heavy in the infant seat plus he LOVES the convertible car seat. He rarely even gives me a problem putting him in.

We switched dd when she was about 13 months old and 17 lbs. she was still under the weight limit but the infant seat didn't seem cushy enough for her.

We switched at like 6 mos, she just looked too big for it but I think the weight limit is 30 lbs which she hasn't even hit at 2 yet (granted she's likely exceeded height limits). If baby is happy in it I would leave it alone, easier for you when it comes to sleeping in the car seat.

Convertible car seat...
Probably around 6 months. He was 17 lbs and it was hurting my back and wrist taking him in and out of the car. I was SO upset because it was so easy to use just taking the carseat in and out of the car but my back feels much better. Although at his 8 month appt he was over 20 lbs so I'm sure my back will start hurting again soon!

We switched at 5 months because DS was such a big boy. I just couldn't lug him around in the infant one anymore. I don't remember his weight but he was over the 100% in weight that entire first year.
