so my hubby and I have learned, as new homeowners, that before we have anyone do any work on our house to call consumer affairs first. The nightmare of a contractor that we hired to do brick and cement work and totally did a crappy job ended up having 15 complaints of poor workmanship. Off to small claims court to try and get some money back to get the job done right. :o(
