constipation
So on Thursday we took Ryan to the ped cause he had gone 7 days without a BM. He told us we may have to give him an enema, but he stimulated him and he had a large BM while we were there. My ped said he thought it was enough that he wouldnt need the enema. He started him on a laxative daily, but said if he didnt have a BM in 2 days then I would have to give him the enema. Well today is day 3 and no BM. He does have terrible gas though, in Target today I was sooo . I guess I have to give him an enema tonight if he doesnt go soon. Has anyone done this? Any suggestions?

Re: constipation
sadly we have passed prunes and suppositories. I think the ped wnated me to give an enema to stimulate his system to get regular.
But He had a BM tonight. I swear I had the enema in hand and told him it was his last chance. So of course he went on the potty and went. It was very loose so my thoughts have been confirmed. He is not really constipated, just purposely withholding and I think that will be harder to correct.
