Is anyone else suffering with this? I was just in the bathroom for 30 minutes crying

my only advice is to drink a lot of water, up your fiber intake (those high fiber cereals helped some), and consider stool softener. I found a change in my prenatal helped too, though both had stool softener in it. Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm has been good to me too when I've needed it.

I've been battling this for about 3 months now

I drink tons of water (3-4L a day), I eat my veggies.... nada.

I'll tell you the one sure thing that works... PRUNES. I eat a half a jar of stewed prunes, and by the next day, all is better. Also large (12 oz) glasses of prune juice work well. (Of course, do this while drinking tons of water like I do every day.)

Oh yea, my entire pregnancy so far although it has gotten a little better.

Just eat lots of prunes, veggies and take Colace, it's completely safe and most OB's recommend it.

I had it happen Friday for the 1st time, I had to leave work without even letting anyone know until I was on the road in my car!

I was in the bathroom 1 hour and thoiught I passed a 4 year old!!!!

I bought colace and prune juice bc i NEVER want that pain again!!!!

Talk to your doctor about it. Mine switched my prenatal vitamins to one with a stool softener and I had smooth sailing the rest of the way!
