Conract Question
I just wanted to say thank you for those of you helped answer questions on during the offering process! We have an accepted offer! We had our inspection yesterday and are hoping to sign contracts ASAP. Generally, how long does it take for contracts to be drawn up? We are so excited and want to get goin on all of this!

We got an accepted offer on Monday, inspection Tuesday, contracts sent to our attorney on Wednesday, signed and sent back by our attorney on Friday.
