concerned..not feeling great

Since last night my stomach has felt funny...a little crampy, some pulling, sometimes feels tight and when I do a few things occassional pain! I've been thinking/hoping it just gas. I'm only 12 weeks.
I called the doctor (just to add my 1st pregnancy I never called the dr) told him whats going on...
When the pain comes its to my right and not in lower abdomin sometimes I hurt in my back..so he said its not the baby! To drink plently of water and rest (impossible with a 2yr old) and if it keeps up or becomes really painful to go to the er it could be kidney stones, gallbadder, etc...or it could be gas!

To me Im not in enough pain to consider the above but I still just dont feel right...I dont know if the tension in my belly is normal...Im trying to remember from the 1st if I felt this (if its just growing pains)

just to add and vent...
DH works nights, DD gave me a real hard time going to bed, my kitchen is a disaster, and the list goes on...
DH knows I dont feel great but yet as Im closing the door to my dd room he asks me if I packed his lunch yet
Then he sees me sitting rubbing my belly he's concerned and tell me to take it easy...is that before or after I make your freaking lunch! (ok vent part over)

Wow, you just described exactly what Im feeling now, I am 13 weeks. But this has been happening for about a week or so now for me but today seemed a little worse, but not bad enough to warrant a visit to the ER. I feel kind of crampy, also a tightness around my abdomen and sometimes slight back pain. I havent called my Dr. but Ive read that it could be growing pains (or at least thats what Im hoping). I hope you feel better soon. Please keep us posted.

sounds like it might be round ligiment pains...I had it alot with DS1.
