Computer Question..Im guess "cookie related"

Im having an issue with my computer...and it's driving me nuts b/c I dont know what the issue is...

I cant log in to a couple of sites...

One is Webkinz...it tells me that we are in line and we should be on in NaN (that's not a mispelling) seconds. Happens every time. We never get logged in...

The other is YouTube. I can go on. But I cant log in. It just doesnt log me in. It wont say error or anything it just doesnt log me in....

Im assuming that something was turned off...or disabled or something....My cousin "fixed" my computer at Christmas time and he worked wonders but we still cant figure this thing out....

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA

YEP!!!!

It's driving me NUTS b/c its only effecting those 2 sites (that I know of)...the biggest issue is that the kids cant play on Webkinz...and that means 4 little girls here are very unhappy!!!!

Thanks for the response.

NaN is not a number- it's a programming thing.

When you come to this site do you have it remember your login? Does it? If so probably not cookies.

Maybe javascript is disabled.

To Enable Javascript:
Internet Explorer (7.0) (you probably have this if your cousin just upgraded you)

Select Tools > Internet Options.
Click on the Security tab.
Click the Custom Level button.
Scroll down to the Scripting section.
Select Enable for Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets.
Click OK.
Select YES if a box appears to confirm.
Click OK. Close window.
Reload page.
