Coming off BC... how do I figure out when Im O'ing??

Im coming off BC this month and I dont know how I am supposed to figure out when Im O'ing.... Am I supposed to test everyday after CD 10? Do I test twice a day?? Do I test every other day?

I know CBE are normally the best, but since I have NO CLUE when I will be O'ing, it might be too costly...what do you guys think? Or should I just s uck it up and go for the CBE digital instead of guessing?

i would buy cheapie internet dip strips or answer/new choice brand since they are cheaper than the other brands. big lots and dollar stores are great resources.

you can start testing if you want on CD10 but beware that first cycles off BCP are VERY erratic sometimes so dont get discouraged.

anyway i would use the cheapies once a day until you see EWCM. then use them twice a day til you get a + or near +. on days you arent sure how to read the results (which happens more than you would think), then use a digital. also once you see EWCM i would use a digital.

this should save you some $ instead of using strictly digitals which will get REALLY expensive really quick.

good luck. I'd start testing every day starting cd10 and see what happens. I had crazy long cycles coming off BC but just got my BFP last week...so it can happen. Best of luck to you!

once a day from CD 10 on is fine, just try to do it the same time everyday (I varied 2 hours 1:30pm-3:30pm) and hold urine for as long as possible (4 hrs is preferred). Best of luck!
