Color Virgin here -- need some opinions
Sorry this is long--but I need help!
So I decided I'm gonna get my hair cut this weekend, I'm now thinking I might as well be adventurous and maybe do some color/highlights. I've never done it before!
I have very wavy/frizzy dark brown hair. When the sunlight hits it you can catch some natural brown/auburn highlights. I don't know about coloring the whole thing, maybe you ladies can give some suggestions?
This is my hair when I wear it straight:
(Clearly this pic was around St. Patty's Day, so please excuse the silly thing on my head...this was a few drinks in.  )
I don't have too many pics of my hair with my natural curl -- since I usually pull it back when I have it curly. But here's a random one:
Any ideas ladies? Pics you can share?

her floating head is awesome!
heres the thing with red....it looks awesome, but there is less upkeep bc it fades really fast so you dont have as noticeable roots with it as you would if you were to go lighter.

I would say some honey colored highlights. But the thick ones not the individual strands.
