Colonics?
Not sure if this goes here or health..
but I was wondering if anyone gets these to clean their system?
How do they make you feel better?
Are they safe?
I have heard mixed things so any info would help

I never did, but have a couple of friends who did it. One hated the feeling and was so uncomfortable, but after felt good. THe other one had a better experience.
I go back and forth... I heard it's a good "cleansing," but the thought just...
