Cold?
My 11 week old woke up with a cough and a bad runny nose :(
IS there anything I should do to help him get better or do I just let it run its course?

I would take him to the DR and make sure theres no infection...
And if its just a cold... I would try to let him sleep on a incline, use the humidifier, and little noses saline drops, chased by the aspirator goes a long way!
