cocoa butter + vitamin e
i just started using palmer's cocoa butter today and i was wondering if any of you ladies have been using any cocoa butter/vitamin e to help reduce stress marks and if you have been using it for a couple of months now has it been beneficial?

I use the cocoa butter like I own stock in it. I also use vasaline intensive care. It all keeps the stretch marks at a minimum but thats about it. When I was in motherhood maternity a new mom was telling me to make sure I drink plenty of water. Helps keep me and my skin hydrated.
I only have stretch marks on my belly.

I have also been very thirsty. I chalk it up to the weather.

Although I do believe stretch marks are hereditary I did use Palmers Cocoa butter in the tub daily when I was pregnant. Not one stretch mark on me!!!

Re: cocoa butter + vitamin e
I started out using palmers stretch mark cream but it had such a funny smell to me, so I switched the the palmer's tummy butter, and recently have been sticking to the shea butter with oatmeal. I've been using a lotion since about the 8-10 weeks and I only have 2 stretch marks under my belly button which just appeared 2 weeks ago. (im now in my 38th week) However, instead of being SO concerned about stretch marks on my belly, i should have paid more attention to my butt.. now my butt cheeks are road maps.. woops! So make sure you dont just focus on your belly like I did!

I bought burts bee's belly butter but haven't cracked it open yet... I was saving it for the 3rs trimester...
I don't have one stretch mark.... but I thought that they come on later than 23 weeks. (I guess I strangely averted earlier stretch marks... that 3.5L/day of water must be helping out on a multitude of preggo symptoms I didn't think of)
