Coach Coupon and Policy
I swear they do this on purpose. Every couple of weeks I get an email about an extra 20% off. I haven't received one in awhile. So I go to the outlet yesterday to replace the sunglasses someone STOLE from me at my sister's wedding. I'm there and see a great bag and also buy 2 keychains.
This morning I wake up and on my email guess what is waiting for me?!? You got it...my coupon for 20% off. ***!! I call and they do not do adjustments.
It was almost like they were waiting for me to buy something. I would have saved about $70 bucks!!

This has been my experience also. I think they send the coupons to their "valued customers." I haven't bought a coach product at a coach in awhile so I have not received coupons, but last year I bought a few bags and got them all the time.
I have been buying my more expensive bags at Lord n Taylor when they have their friends and family sale which often does not exclude designer bags such as Coach, Cole Haan, Michael Kors etc. I got 25% off the last cole Haan bag I bought! I was shocked I could use the coupon.

as far as i know coach does not accept coupons at their outlet stores (unless there is an outlet-specific coupon i don't know about!)

I hate when that happens. I always buy something and then it goes on sale or I get a coupon!
brtw:I've printed up the coupons I get emailed and they worked at the outlets before.

Just return them and buy them again using the coupon.

Yes - I've been getting them pretty much weekly this summer.
Most companies won't make price adjustments for coupons. Like pp's said - I would return and repurchase.
