for me the easiest way is to just the tp after i wipe - everytime i go to the bathroom.
When i record my cm on fertility friend - i always record the most fertile cm i see

have u signed up for fertility friend? they have all really helpful lessons on this and a lot of other things that it seems like ur curious about. definitely worth checking out.
