Closing for refinancing questions
Those of you that refinanced, can you tell me what to expect at closing? (I'm Closing with TFCU on Friday for 3.75 for a 30 year  )
Did closing take as long as your original?
Is there as much paperwork to sign?

Ours took about an hour - still a lot of paperwork to sign but many less people involved.

1 hour max...a lot of signing but much less work if you stay with your original lender...
