anyone have a checklist on what to do before closing (ex which utility companies to call, what to check for in the walk through?) I think we are closing soon. our mortgage guy tells us he is ready to go next week but i think that would have to be coordinated w/ the current HO's so they have time to move... but was just wondering what i should prepare for in advance.
