Closing Cancelled
I can't believe this my lawyer just called me and told me the sellers can't close tomorrow  I am beyond mad. They can't close because they sold us the house for less than they paid and the money they need to cover the remainder of their mortgage hasn't cleared yet. I am completely packed and ready to go and now they have no idea when they will be ready. Legally, they have to August 1st but as of 3pm today I thought we were closing tomorrow.

Oh, I'm so sorry! Did they give you any timeframe at all? I guess you have till August 1st.
I hope you have a place to stay in the meantime, and that this works out soon!

Luckily, we aren't selling our current house so we can stay here, but I need to have this house painted and be moved out for the tenants to be moved in. Very stressful!
ETA - I have no timeframe and everything I own is pretty much packed since I thought I was moving tomorrow.
