Closing
Got my commitment letter on Friday. Had to give the bank a few more pieces of paper.
How long does it normally take for final clearance.

Once we got the commitment letter, everything went pretty fast. I think we closed within 10 days or something. We probably could have closed sooner but the seller needed time to pack up and move out. GL!
