Clomid/ovulation question
The past three months I was taking 50mg starting day five. I usually have a positive opk around day 15 this month it's 100 mg starting day 3 . Since I took it earlier this month does that mean I will O earlier?
Thanks!!!

Clomid/ovulation question
i would not be taking Clomid without seeing a RE, OPK's will not tell you if it is thinning your lining or if it is even effectively working. Your eggs may not be maturing that much better on Clomid that they did withou them. If you are seeing a RE, they will definately monitor you and tell you what is going on and they will tell you EXACTLY when you will ovulate. If you are not seeing a RE, i would call your OBGYN and ask them to schedule you for a sonogram around day 13 and to schedule them at least every other day to confirm ovulation. You may or may not ovulate sooner since you are on a higher dose, but being on a higher dose does not mean you will ovulate more quickly, it is just meant to help your ovaries produce follicles that will actually mature in time for ovulation.
