Clomid is officially my miracle drug...
...because early this morning, at 12dpo...
I GOT A BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am still in shock, and still questioning every little thing--could this be a mistake? Could it be the leftover Ovidrel still in my system?
I just called the Dr. to schedule the bloodwork, so I'm still "cautiously optimistic", but I wanted you girls to be the first ones to know. You have all truly been my lifeline during this difficult time.
I've been  all morning!

ETA: If you tested at 10dpo and had it negative, there's no way it's from the Ovidrel!!!! YEAH!!!!!
