Clomid and BD
Hey ladies,
So I've just finished by last pill of clomid yesterday, I'm doing a natural clomid cycle. I'm geeting my trigger shot on Friday so I guess this means I'll ovulate sometime this weekend. I was thinking of the following for BDing: Mon night Thurs night Friday night Saturday night Sunday night
What do you think? I was thinking of holding off after today so DH can build up more by Thursday. I want to do whatever will increase my chances the most!
Thanks!

Re: Clomid and BD
I would probably just do Friday and Saturday. I think that should be enough.
If you figure they'd do an IUI 24-36 hours after the trigger, I think BD should be the same, KWIM?

Re: Clomid and BD
If you are triggering on Friday night, I would BD on
Friday Saturday night or Sunday morning,
I would not BD 48 hours before Friday, so "cut off" would be Tuesday as the last day.
It takes 24-36 hours to ovulate from the trigger.

Oh so you think 2 times will be enough? I was thinking since the sperm can live up to 5 days that we should BD on Thursday, the night before the trigger?

Maybe if you can Thursday morning, Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon or night...
My RE always recommended abstinence 48 hours before to"stock up", so to speak.
If you are unsure, ask your doctor for their recommendation.
