Clomid & Ovulation pain
Has anyone who took clomid had alot of pain during ovulation? I got my pos. last night and starting about 2 hours ago I started having bad cramps.. I usually get O pain but this is killing me... Have any of you experienced this? and if so when will it go away? TIA

I had horrible cramping. It was my first cycle of clomid. A few days before I should of O'd I had horrible pains for about 2 days. But when i had my day 10 bloodwork my estradiol didnt go up high enough so they said the clomid wasnt working for me. Now its CD 21 and my bbs are sooooo sore. I heard thats a side effect of clomid. Im assuming Im not pregnant since they said the clomid wasnt working. HTH

any fertility med can cause ovulation pain to be more pronounced, esp if you normally experience ovulation cramps/pains. it shouldn't last more than a few hours or so. i was on several meds last cycle and the day of O i had cramping so bad that it hurt to laugh and drive over bumps in the car!!

Thank you everyone for all of your responses The pain was pretty bad but it did go away thankfully.. Now all I need is alot of  and a BFP in 2 weeks
