Claritin plus Benadryl?
My son broke out in hives and my Ped recommended give him a teaspoon of Benadryl and Claritin each. I am usually not a worry wort but that seems like a big mix? He's gonna be knocked out for sure!! Lol

Claritin plus Benadryl?
We were told the same when dd had bad hives at about 16 months. She survived! We gave the Clairton daily until it cleared up and the benadryl as needed. And it didn't even wipe her out as I expected

Claritin plus Benadryl?
My ped gave me a weird combo to mix together for Hailey. It was over the summer and I can't remember what it was but benedryl was one of them. I even called back after we left to make sure. Lol.

Claritin plus Benadryl?
My son takes Zyrtec and Benadryl together if his eczema flares up really bad.

My son has allergies, and the drs have always said Benedryl for hives. None have ever said Claritin, but that doesn't mean it's wrong.

Claritin plus Benadryl?
My son takes Claritin on a daily basis for allergies. We've also given him Benadryl for occasional hives (food allergies). It didn't really knock him out.
