Citi Mini Adaptor for Chicco Keyfit 30
For those who have the citi mini adaptor specific for chicco infant carseat...does the seat fit into the slots on the sides? When i put it together the seat clicked it at the head but the sides dont seem to fit into the groves. Can anyone help?

Do you mean the U-shaped things on the sides of the adaptor? Yeah that really serves no function. We used the keyfit 30 on the city mini with the chicco adaptor and the u shaped black pieces on the sides of the adaptor were not used at all.
That said, I don't think my carseat actually clicked into the adaptor  We just always put it on top and used the strap to secure it.

Yes thats exactly what i mean. Thank you!!! Were you able to find a way to keep the canopy on or did you just remove it when using the adaptor?

When I was in BBB looking at seats and the citi mini
They guy told me the Chicco doesnt click in. it just sits there. One of the reasons I went with the Gracco because it actually snaps into the adapter

I put it together the other day to test it out and the chicco keyfit 30 does click in at the top (head). When i lift the car seat it brings the whole stroller up with it. Its not extremely secure, a little loose, but its fine since there are straps as well.

The canopy of the stroller? We always kept it on. It didn't interfere with the adaptor at all. We couldn't USE the canopy I don't think, but we could leave it on the stroller and use the adaptor.

The canopy of the stroller? We always kept it on. It didn't interfere with the adaptor at all. We couldn't USE the canopy I don't think, but we could leave it on the stroller and use the adaptor.
WE have the double but same thing. Our carseat never fit in the grooves and we never removed the canopy but we couldnt use it when the carseat was on.
