My friends & I used to go for walks at night & I can't tell you how many times one of us accidentaly stepped on one & they would wig out. We would jump to the high heavens!! GROSS

when they came out in VA last year, the news was hyping them up so much that i was having nightmares
I was flipping out last year because I thought they were going to attack me. YUCK.
Luckily they didn't come far enough south.

When I was little I loved that sound...until..I found out what made the sound
My brothers used to collect the shells when they were younger
What is their purpose?
