Re: Chili Recipe
Mine is really easy:
1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 tsbp. diced garlic 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 can black beans 1 can red kidney beans/pinto beans 1 cup frozen corn kernels Tabasco (as much as you like) 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 packet chili seasoning 2 cans chopped tomatos 1 tbsp. oil
In a large skilled, sweat onions, peppers and garlic. When softened, add beef and brown.
Transfer to mixture to a large stockpot. Add beans and tomato. Add spices and Tabasco. Let simmer, add corn 15 minutes before serving. You can let this simmer as long as you want to meld the flavors together. Omit corn if you don't like, it lends a little sweetness to the chili.

Re: Chili Recipe
This is Wendy's Chili...it is super easy, simple and delicious.
2 pounds ground beef, extra lean 29 ounces tomato sauce 29 ounces kidney beans, canned 29 ounces pinto beans, canned 1 cup onion -- diced 1/2 cup diced green chilies 1/2 cup celery -- diced 3 each tomatoes -- chopped 2 teaspoons cumin 3 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons salt 2 cups water
Brown the meat and drain off the fat. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook for 2 to 4 hours.
NOTES: I used 1 can of stewed tomatoes instead of fresh.
