Child psychologist

Can anyone recommend a child psychologist? Since starting school, DD has been a different child. She misbehaves(she is the type of child eager to please), acts out, won't sleep, has gruesome nightmares every night and is generally anxious every day after school. I give her space to decompress, we go to the park, we talk it out but she is still struggling. I understand part of the reasons why she is anxious at school but it seems to be common adapting worries. I thought it would get better but it seems to be getting worse. I need help finding ways for her to cope. I am also worried because we will be having big changes in or family next year and I want her to be able to adapt and cope better.

I don't have direct experience with them working with children, but I like the Saltzman Center at Hofstra.

Yes, great place to start, or even with her teacher.

Yes, we have had discussions with the school, but it seems to have made things worse.
