my monitor screen just died on me so sometimes i do... but mostly I don't out of fear of waking him. His nursery door sticks and makes noise when i open it...and the wood floors are a little creaky so when he's asleep I have to be a ninja around the house and limit anything that could possibly wake him

My 6 year old is diabetic. So most nights we need to check her blood sugar in the middle of the night just to keep her safe. Besides that we don't check on them. If she wasn't a diabetic I wouldn't check on her.

Never, my DC have video monitors, I only go in to check if they had a fever during the day.

I check on DD#1 every night. She's 7 and sleeps like a log. I've gone in and cleaned her whole room including dusting while she slept. The only thing I haven't tried is vacuuming! LOL!
DD#2, I try not to even pass by her door for fear of disturbing her! I have a sound and a video monitor to check on her if I need to.

My DD is a light sleeper too and i never check on her. I see her on the monitor and thats enough for me!

No. Once he's out, he's out. I will however check if he is sick with fever just to make sure it hasn't spiked up.

I'm obsessed with going in and watching her sleep. I do it every night before I go to sleep. I also have the video monitor that I look at a million times, too. She's just so darn cute when she sleep!

DD sleeps like a log I go in there every single night, sometimes I even lay on the bed and pat her head...if I tell her I love her, she will respond, even in a deep sleep!

My ds is a pretty sound sleeper but I don't want to risk waking him so I never check except for on the monitor.
My DH has checked on him though and never woke him.
