I buy tons of chicken breast when it's on sale. Lately I've been getting it at Matthew's Meat, 10 lbs for $15. With that I make:
chicken parm with pasta
chicken scampi
chicken and rice
Indian chicken (buy a jar of Tikka paste in the ethnic aisle)
chicken fajitas
cold pasta salad with chicken, goat cheese and tomatoes
chili
tacos
buy London Broil on sale, serve with veggies/salad
buy kielbasa on sale and make with potatoes and onions (recipe on kraft.com)
I always make "cheap" dinners because I am a B.A.B. (broke azz biotch)
