Charting Question

I know I should know this but I keep going back and forth on this...

If I am charting...and I get my period on say CD 29, does this mean that I count that as a 28 day cycle?

Another question...if I am counting back to try to identify O day, is the day I got my period DPO 14 or is the day before??

Sorry if this is confusing! Basically, I am asking if you double count days in a way.

As for your first question, yes that would be considered a 28 day cycle I believe. Same for the second question...you would only be 13dpo. What would've been 14dpo would be CD 1 instead. Hope that helps!
