charting question
I know you start charting CD1 the first day of your period. But what happens if you got light spotting for three days prior to AF. Is it the first day (CD1) of spotting (even if it took three days) or first full day of period?
Can anyone help?

CD1 is counted as the first day of full, red flow. So spotting wouldn't count as CD1.
