Charting question

I know by now I should know the answer to this - but I'd like your opinions please.
I went to bed by 12AM last night. Woke up at 3:45AM and temped (not knowing it was so early) and got 98.4. Went back to sleep and woke up at my normal temp time when DH went to work at 5:50AM - got 98.1. What would you put on the chart? I had almost 4 hours of sleep at 3:45AM, and only about 2 hrs of consistent sleep at 5:50AM

Re: Charting question [WITH CHART]

I would split the difference and use 98.25.

JMHO!

Re: Charting question [WITH CHART]

Thank you - it sort of does! I guess it doesn't matter much since I'm not waiting to O, but I def. had more consistent sleep before the first time I awoke.

Thank you!
