Charting Question
This is my first month charting my temp. About 2 days ago I noticed a dip in my chart at about cd 16 so I used an ovulation predictor test and it showed that I would ovulate in 24-36 hours. I took another ovulation test today and it did not show that I would ovulate but my temp. has not yet gone over my coverline temp. Does your temp. rise as soon as you ovulate or does it take some time? Thanks so much for all your help...

I just started temping this cycle as well. From what I understand, you get the rise after you ovulate. For example, you get + OPK on CD16, which indicates O between CD 16 & CD18. If you don't actually ovulate until CD 18, you won't get temp increase until CD 19.
